This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO, CTO and COO. You will also work in a very cross functional setup with teams from Product, Tech, Sales & Marketing on building and executing customer growth.

About The Role

In this role, you’ll partner with KREATIZE’s leaders to define critical strategy, providing you the opportunity to develop personally and professionally at a rapid pace. You will also lead diverse projects, which will range from creating strategies that fuel the growth of our product to building a whole new business unit from scratch. Day-to-day responsibilities are dynamic and will vary based on the candidate & business needs. This role is perfect for someone who has a desire to work alongside the top-brass of an ambitious company on multiple projects from inception to execution. 
Your tasks
What You’ll Do

As a Customer Solution Manager (m/f/d) you will be the trusted advisor for your customers and help them transform their company to cloud manufacturing.
Drive proof of concept innovation projects and convert them to long term relationships
Identify and evaluate business development opportunities.
Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to successfully execute on strategic initiatives. 
What You’ll Need

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Responsibilities e.g. Sales, Account Management, Customers Success or Business Development
  • University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Ability to effectively deliver information at the C-suite/VP level
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
  • Excellent project management, problem solving, analytical, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong track record of driving complex projects with different stakeholders into success
  • Team player who is comfortable working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to forge long-lasting relationships with senior executives
